TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE craftsupport.bg
I. Subject
Art. 1.
(1) These Terms of Use are intended to regulate the relations between Craft Support, UIC 208510587 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), and the visitors of the website craftsupport.bg (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitors”).
(2) By accessing and loading the Website, the Visitors agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any subsequent amendments thereto, and undertake to comply with them.

Art. 3.
The website craftsupport.bg provides Visitors with information about the Provider’s activities, services, and prices, as well as access to published news and materials, the ability to post opinions and comments, view uploaded content, and perform all actions necessary for the proper use of the Website according to its purpose.
III. Intellectual Property
Art. 4.
(1) All publications on the Website are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider and are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act. They may not be used in any way without the Provider’s prior written consent.
(2) The images and other visual elements on the Website, which are the intellectual property of the Provider, may not be used or reproduced in any manner by third parties without the Provider’s prior written consent.
(3) Any unauthorized use of materials published on the Website without the Provider’s permission constitutes a violation for which the offender bears civil, administrative, and criminal liability under applicable Bulgarian law.
Art. 5.
(1) The Provider does not permit the use of the Website’s content in any manner, including displaying all or part of the materials published on it, within another website.
(2) Linking to materials on the Website from other websites is permissible if it is done in accordance with good morals and commercial practice, and if the link and its presentation do not create doubt about the Provider’s authorship of the materials, so that Visitors are not misled.
IV. Personal Data Protection
Art. 6.
(1) The Provider takes measures to protect Visitors’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), the requirements of European and Bulgarian law, and the Provider’s Privacy Policy published on its Website.
(2) The Provider does not send identifying information to third parties. Technical and usage data about the Website may be processed by the company maintaining the platform on which the Website is hosted, in compliance with personal data protection and information security requirements.
(3) The Provider collects and processes data regarding “cookies” in accordance with its Cookie Policy, which Visitors are introduced to upon loading the Website.
V. Amendments to the Terms of Use
Art. 7.
(1) These Terms of Use may be amended by the Provider at any time, with the amended version being promptly published on the Website together with a notice to Visitors regarding the changes.
(2) The amendments shall take effect for all Visitors from the moment they are announced on the Website.
VI. Limitation of Liability
Art. 8.
(1) The Provider offers access to the Website content “as is” and does not guarantee that the guidance contained in the materials will lead to the desired results for Visitors.
(2) The Provider shall not be liable for any damages or lost profits incurred by Visitors resulting from the materials published on the Website.
(3) The Provider shall not be liable for damages caused by Visitors to third parties as a result of the use of the Website and its materials.
VII. Other Provisions
Art. 9.
Visitors of the Website are obliged to observe ethical standards and not to damage the Provider’s reputation when using the Website and its content.
Art. 10.
For any matters not regulated by these Terms of Use, the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.

These Terms of Use enter into force for all Visitors of the Website as of October 3, 2025.
